Prospects are promising:
Lithium-ion batteries are internationally recognized as ideal chemical energy sources. They are widely used in mobile phones, laptops and other electronic products because of their small size, large capacitance and high voltage. The expanding field of electric vehicles will bring more room for development of lithium-ion batteries in the future.
Policy support:
China and major developed countries in the world have issued many policies to support new energy vehicles. The development plan of seven strategic emerging industries, such as new energy vehicles, will further promote the development of electric vehicles in China from the policy level.
The explosive growth of NMP:
The global lithium-ion battery output in 2009 was about 3.05 billion, with a total capacity of about 15,000 WMh. The data show that the lithium-ion battery capacity of electric vehicles reached 14,000 WMh in 2013, equivalent to 93% of the global lithium-ion battery capacity in 2009:
In 2018, the lithium battery capacity of electric vehicles reached 45,000 WMh, nearly three times the capacity of small lithium batteries in 2009.
(2) Recovery of waste heat from NMP - The thermal energy consumption of coating machine is reduced by 60-80% by using high-efficiency energy-saving technology. Normally, a large amount of gas is discharged during the coating process, and the temperature is generally around 110 C. At the same time, a large number of fresh air is added to the coating machine. Our company adopts advanced internal circulation sensible heat exchange technology to exchange heat between exhaust gas and fresh air supplied to coater. Most of them are not exchanged and added to coater immediately after purification, so that the air added to coater is preheated to about 85.5 degrees Celsius, thus heating the coater. The energy decreases by about 60-80%, and the temperature of the air entering the surface cooling decreases to 55 C. The heat exchange of NMP is greatly increased.
