(1) NMP waste gas recovery and treatment system can be designed as a 50-100% closed cycle according to customer's requirements. Solvent recovery - using refrigeration-internal circulation adsorption concentration technology to recover organic solvents from waste gas. The recovery rate of organic solvents is more than 85-95%. Because of the large exhaust air volume and low concentration of coater, internal circulation is used to continuously recycle the waste gas. Organic solvents are concentrated to a certain concentration and then condensed to recover, reducing the cost of recovery. At the same time, the product has the following advantages:
1. Solvent recovery efficiency is 85-95% and heat saving efficiency is 60-80%. For example: 10,000 air volume is treated, ZN-FSQ-10,000-1 combined solvent unit (including heat recovery unit) is adopted, and 46 kg/h of solvent is recovered (each index of polar plate design is within the reasonable NMP concentration range of 10,000 air volume, which saves 187 kw/h of electric energy. The value of solvent recovery plus electric energy saving is 2 million yuan a year (according to 10,000 yuan/ton of solvent recovery, electricity). The fee is 0.7 yuan.
2. After solvent recovery, the content of organic solvents in the gas can be below 39 ppm or up to the "zero" emission requirement. At the same time, we are also implementing the "Maximum Permissible Concentration of Hazardous Organic Compounds in the Air of the Working Environment of the former Soviet Union" and the technology of formulating the local emission standards of atmospheric pollutants in accordance with the "Technology of Formulating Local Emission Standards for Air Pollut Standard requirements for emission rate calculated by surgical method (GB/T3840-91). It fully meets the requirements of ISO14000 and meets the National Comprehensive Emission Standard of Atmospheric Pollutants GB16297-1996.
